Brooklyn rental prices remained strong in April at an average of $3,275, a 6.4% increase year over year, with many neighborhoods averaging over $3,500. Developers remain optimistic about the borough, with nearly 2,000 new residential units filed in the month of April, more than double that of any other borough.
